How to use Issue Tracker on Fuzor  XML

Step 1: Open any Worksharing project


Step 2: Navigate to "Annotation Manager" under the "Tool Controls" tab.
Step 3: Click the "Issue Manger" tab indicated in the image below.


UI is shown Below


Step 4: Click the new issue button indicated below.



Status: Allows users to set the status to Open, closed, Invalid or on Hold
Type: Allows users to set issues as different types
  • RFI = Request for Information

  • PCO = Potential Change Order

  • FCO = Field Change Order

  • CO = Change Order

  • Contract Modification

  • Submittal

  • Priority: Allows users to set a specific priority to the issue.
    Category: Allows users to set a specific category for the issue.
    Assign To: This list will include all users in the current project.
    Note: Users can only see the issues that are assigned to their name.
    Required By: Allows users to change the Date if needed.

    Step 5: Set drop down menus to the options that you prefer,
    Step 6: Enter a title and description
    Step 7: Add attachments if necesary
    Step 8: Press "Save"

    Note: Admins can always add more categories. See post on How to use Advanced Admin Functionalities.


    Save: is used to save the file locally
    View: is used to view the attachment
    Edit: is used to edit the attachment

    Step 9: Notice the new issue will appear on the list indicated below.



    Issue Feed(A): is used to display the issue feed
    Issue Info(B): is used to display the issue information

    Note: The image below displays the issue feed and issue info of the issue just created.


    Creating a comment
    Step 1: In the "Issue Feed" tab click on the comment area
    Step 2: Enter information
    Step 3: Click send button


    Creating a markup
    Step 1: Click the button indicated below.


    UI is seen in the image below.



    A: is the brush tool
    B: is the change color button
    C: is used to adjust the brush's thickness
    D: is used to erase drawn lines
    E: is used to clear the scene

    Changing Pen color
    Step 1: Click on the change color button


    Step 2: Click on any color and press "Ok"


    Changing Pen thickness
    Step 1: Click on the line thickness button


    Step 2: Adjust the slider to the left for a thinner brush or to the right for a thicker brush
    Step 3: Press "Save"


    Drawing lines on Markup
    Step 1: Simply left click and drag the mouse to create the desired lines


    Step 2: Click to save or cancel changes


    Step 3: Markup can now be seen in the image below.
